25.01.2022 Oohh that dough! And that's after 12 hours.. still got many more hours to proof in the cold room after rolling many balls this weekend. And that makes an amazing Margherita! We're fully booked this weekend and we apologise for not being able to do take aways Its just the 2 of us in the firekitchen and there's only so much we can do. Before it gets on our pizza it goes through quite a process. (No, it's not "processed") From the land and the paddocks of the hard working farmers that are always at the farmers market, rain, hail and shine.. We are so blessed with a market with an abundance of fresh organic produce every single Saturday. Same this morning, got som...e very tasty salciccia sausage from quality meats, all organic, sustainably farmed. Singing cricket co-op with everything in season all organically grown. The very best strawberries from Gina's kitchen and berries. Alnda farm always has the best basil you can smell from miles away. Salad greens and kitchen herbs supplies us all year with their herb mix found on nearly every one of our pizzas. As well as village greens with everything in season organic bio dynamically grown. Ecological farm where our organic bio dynamic olives are grown and the list continues.. There is no better place to get your fresh weekly shopping done but get in early or its all gone.. A big massive shout out and hugg to our humble friend Simon, the Costa of the fleurieu!. His passion is growing plants, herbs and veggies from scratch.
