23.01.2022 ***WE ARE STILL OPEN*** We are trying to maintain Business as Usual however due to the new COVID-19 regulations released by the Prime minister last night we ask that you please respect the following guidelines when visiting our clinic You will be asked questions about possible exposure to COVID-19, general health and if you are unwell, please do not take offence. We are trying to keep our staff as well as our clients safe. ... Please limit number of people accompanying animals to Clinic - Preferably 1 person per animal. Only 1 person will be allowed in the consult room with the Veterinarian. Maintaining 1.5m distance between people (SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES) If you are unwell or your children are unwell, please call us 4972 5100 to arrange alternate arrangements to have your animal checked We will not be accepting WALK-IN appointments. Please phone ahead and arrange an appointment time. GENUINE EMERGENCIES ARE THE EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE We will also be limiting people in our waiting room - you will be asked to wait outside and be called in. Cats need to be in boxes and dogs on leads. PLEASE BRING MOZZIE SPRAY YOU WILL NEED IT. Unfortunately visiting animals in hospital will also not be allowed, we will keep owners updated over the phone. Please call ahead for prescription refills and food purchases and we will have these ready for collection. If you would prefer a drive-thru service it can be arranged by contacting the clinic. Please be patient with us while we are also learning these new protocols. Our ability to look after your animals is governed by you We appreciate your continued support during these trying times. 18.01.2022 The weather is warming up, please be mindful of your pets when out for a walk. It is best to exercise early in the morning or last thing at night and this lessens the chance of overheating and burnt paws

08.01.2022 Newpapers needed: If anyone has any newspapers they no longer need we are asking if you would like to donate to us to use for the animals. If we are not open we are more than happy for you to leave on concrete wall at the back door if possible. Thanks very much.
07.01.2022 Storm season is here Over the last couple of days, we have had numerous animals brought in who escaped during the storms! Please make sure your pet's microchip details are up to date to make reuniting easier! Also, if your dog gets anxious, give us a call to find out ways to help them during these times.
