We look forward to running this program again, meeting and making new friends, creating new LEGO sculptures and building teamwork and other valuable social skills through out term 4, 2020. Each session will provide opportunities to develop problem solving and conflict resolution skills, sharing, turn taking, verbal and non verbal communication and team work skills! 09.01.2022 Here's a fun custom made social story I have illustrated and co-authored with a parent. I was so excited to get it in the mail today and can't wait to give it to the family! Some more info on social stories... Social stories can provide children with the information they require to understand what is going to happen in their day, what they will be doing, how to do it and what kind of behaviours will be expected. They also provide an opportunity to talk about how to manage big feelings in helpful ways. Enjoy!
