18.01.2022 What a great Applefest 2020. Thank you to all of the attendees, volunteers, performers, market stall holders and organisers and other organisations that supported the festival. For many, the Applefest is the last time that you would have been part of such a happy crowd and because so many of you come to Harcourt just for the day, or maybe the weekend, I thought you might be interested to know a bit more about our community. 09.01.2022 Cancelled Indigenous Stargazing Event. The Applefest Committee has had a look at the BoM weather forecast for Saturday and finds that the forecast is for rain with significant cloud cover. The evening had been planned to be on a night with no moon and no cloud cover.... In view of the weather conditions it has been decided, with regret, to cancel the Indigenous Stargazing event. The committee has resolved to offer a refund to all who have pre-booked. Alternately, when we contact all the ticket holders, they will be given the option to donate their ticket price to the indigenous youth programs of Nalderun. We are still organising email contact with any who have pre-booked so please be patient.

06.01.2022 Some exciting news about March 2021.. Yes, it’s great that a vaccine will be ready but we think the better news is that the Harcourt Applefest will return in March 2021. Of course what we are planning will be different, interesting and maybe a bit unusual, but most of all, we think you are going to be surprised and excited.... A bit of a clue? More things to do in more locations, all in the Harcourt Valley at the foot of Leanganook. We are still working on the details, including being Covid Safe, which means we are going to need lots of help. The committee meetings are at 7pm on a Monday night at the ANA Hall. If you can’t get there but want to help please let us know.
