These are difficult times and it saddens me that I'm notifying you all that out face to face PT session must be put on hold for the next 6 weeks following the new restrictions This doesn't mean you need to stop training or stop pushing towards your goals. ... I will be offering at home PT programs or Zoom PT one on one session. More info to came in the next couple of days. Trying to wrap my head around this. If either of these options interest you please message me. In the meantime please stay safe and look after yourselves. Stay in touch and share with me your workouts and goals. Im still here to help im going to miss you all. But we will be back bigger and better x
