13.01.2022 COVID lockdown for @alananitchov just gave her more willpower and determination to continue her transformation journey to feel and look fit and healthy. Continuing to eliminate her sugary foods and adding extra fruit and veggies whilst keeping her protein and fats to a daily plan.and also increasing her water intake to 3-4ltrs a day. Having a small collection of weights in her garage, following a weighttraining routine and adding walks and her jump rope to her routine, got her to where she is now. What’s you’re hard I ask....?
