25.01.2022 Due to strict import regulations by the Australian Government, which has resulted in problems bringing seeds into Australia, our suppliers have decided to delete the Vilmorin seed s from their range. On the good side we have found an Australian supplier of seeds and we are going to add them to our current range as the Vilmorin seeds are cleared from our stand. We will be reducing the pricing on the Vilmorin seeds so that hopefully we can have them cleared out before spring and the new range can be displayed. The Vilmorin seed have [roven to have an excellent strike rate, producing beautiful and tasty European vegetables and herbs. All Vilmorin seeds wil be $3.50 per pack and the remaining Yates seeds $2.50.

24.01.2022 Unfortunately, due to the bushfires in our area, we have emptied our shelves of just about every hose and fitting, as well as our complete supply of dust mask. We are very sorry and will endeavour to restock as soon as possible but, with the fires affecting the whole east coast of Australia, it may take a little while. In the mean time stay safe where possible and whilst our thoughts are with those who have lost houses and property our sincere condolences go to the Salway families at Cobargo.

05.01.2022 Due to our current seed supplier not being able to supply the very good range of Vilmorin (French) seeds, we will be clearing them out at a very reduced price of $2.00 per packet. Getting seeds into Australia, through Customs, is now a very hard process with some seeds being banned due to possible bug importation. Although these seeds have been previously allowed the cost of getting them inspected is not making it a commercial viability any longer. These seed come in large packets with fantastic strike rates, so get in before it's too late.

02.01.2022 Our hardware group, Hardware and Building Traders, which consists of over 640 members Australia wide, has been running a fundraising venture to assist the McGrath Foundation raise money to train more Breast Care nurses. Last week at our annual conference we handed over a cheque for over $50,000. During the conference a raffle was held that raised another $14,000 and another large amount is yet to be sent in. Call in and buy something pink to help raise more and there may even be some 'Tradies Supporting Ladies' shirts remaining at $16.95 with the money raised from those sales going to the cause as well. Great work Bega Valley on helping us.
