23.01.2022 So Dayna completed day 1 of testing she got a 80kg back squat, 70kg front squat and a 95kg deadlift very impressive. Today dayna showed off her dedication to her dream. She has now set her self up for a great second phase. Well done Dayna from all the team at HSC well done on day 1 of training and keep pushing for greatness. #gogetit #girlslift #strong
18.01.2022 HSC Athlete Dayna doing a mobility circuit. Dayna is playing in DIV 1 SAWFL grand final this weekend. So we did not want to load her up so this week decided to do core, flexibility and mobility. We are trying to loosen up all her muscles and joints in all our sessions this week so she is ready to go on Sunday. All the best Dayna from everyone here at HSC.
