23.01.2022 So Dayna completed day 1 of testing she got a 80kg back squat, 70kg front squat and a 95kg deadlift very impressive. Today dayna showed off her dedication to her dream. 18.01.2022 HSC Athlete Dayna doing a mobility circuit. Dayna is playing in DIV 1 SAWFL grand final this weekend. So we did not want to load her up so this week decided to do core, flexibility and mobility. We are trying to loosen up all her muscles and joints in all our sessions this week so she is ready to go on Sunday. All the best Dayna from everyone here at HSC.
