16.01.2022 A timely reminder We were called out to a property today to inspect a gas ducted heater after smoke was found flowing from the heater vents. Upon inspection we found the internal insulation had de laminated and was badly burnt and all but set alight in the heat exchange compartment. Just another reason to get your heating serviced regularly. Who knows just how bad this could have been.
