22.01.2022 Bedrooms are the most important rooms in a home. They should be all about comfort and relaxation and they should feel inviting a retreat or sanctuary to escape to. Their design follows the language of the house, however in this space calm is the overriding mood informing all design decisions.

19.01.2022 From Dining To Desk || So much more than a piece of furniture the Dining Table is the centre of a home of family meals, dinners with friends, celebrations, and sometimes (like right now!) as a workspace. It needs to be robust, big or small enough depending on the space and comfortable in its place. 19.01.2022 While our studio is looking sparse, it remains our priority to continue working on our projects. Therefore last week we implemented a number of measures that will allow our most of our staff to work remotely, including remote data access, online project management tools, communication systems and video conferencing. Naturally, there may be things that happen beyond our control however for our part we remain confident that we will be able to deliver our services.... Considering that people will be spending more time at home, we are particularly conscious of continuing to deliver beautiful interiors that will lift spirits in this difficult time. Situated in the complete centre of the living area we designed this double-sided joinery to allow both living and dining to tap into the fireplace. 03.01.2022 Milan || If the world hadnt recently turned upside down, three of our team members would have just arrived in Milan for the crazy annual Salone del Mobile - that celebrates design in its glorious diversity - for 5 stimulating, exhausting, and uplifting days (and nights). To remind us all of how amazing Milan usually is - we will share images in our Stories over the next 5 days, of previous adventures at Salone - in the hope that we will be back there again next year in the usually beautiful Italian spring.

03.01.2022 It is heartbreaking to watch as our beautiful country burns with all the lives lost, damage to infrastructure, wildlife and the homes that have been burnt to the ground. _ Its hard to imagine how traumatic it would be to lose everything. _ As designers who work every day towards making beautiful homes for our clients we are in a position to use our expertise to get involved in recovery. ... 03.01.2022 Contained || This 1920s furniture factory/warehouse is in the middle of a residential area in the inner west of Sydney. When bought by the current owners, it was almost completely open plan, lacking in storage or privacy, with a bright blue shipping container in the middle of the living area.
