Harewood Estate Great southern western Australia Shiraz 2012 Syrah Elevage 18 mois en fut de chêne français Profond violet et intense Le nez est profond et complexe sur les fruits noirs frais et fruits des bois. Principalement la mûre et la myrtille. Suivi par une intense aromatique d'épices douce. Poivre timut, macis. La finale est fraîche et très longue sous boisbleger menthol. La bouche est ample et avec une belle rondeur. Les tannins sont soyeux et apportent une belle rondeur et élégance au vin. Les epices sont très présents, les fruits noirs en fond avec une touche de boisé et sur la réglisse en fin de bouche. Risotto tomate chorizo, poulpe aux épices, dessert chocolaté.
