11.01.2022 Stepping into Spring will bring some new dishes to our home delivery menu. Last week we featured this cleansing raw salad of cauliflower rice with fresh garden veg, homemade tofu feta, crispy spiced chickpeas, roasted seeds and zaatar vinaigrette.

10.01.2022 Tempeh is a fermented soy product high in protein, probiotics and a wide array of vitamins and minerals. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from soybeans that have been fermented. Following fermentation, the soybeans are pressed into a compact cake. Tempeh has a dry and firm but chewy texture and a slightly nutty taste. It can be steamed, sautéed or baked and is often marinated to add more flavor. Tempeh is a good source of protein, iron, manganese, phosphorus, magn...esium and calcium. It is also low in carbs and sodium. We buy our tempeh from the local producer @soyoyoy_foods (we love supporting James and his small business and showing how amazing his organic soy based products are) - we then marinate the tempeh in our special sauce blend to create our 'facon'. Served with our oh so creamy fettucini carbonara we guarantee it will take your taste buds to the next level. 09.01.2022 Ness the dessert queen has done it again with this heavenly raw Snickers cake. It can be kept in the freezer for when you have one of those emergency sweet cravings. 06.01.2022 We have decided that we will no longer be offering our home delivery meal service . (Home delivery will still be offered on our Christmas menu) A number of factors have contributed to this decision, with the overriding factor being the re start of some markets which we have been asked to participate in. As I am sure you all know, we have always primarily operated as a market stall and caterer. Our home delivery offer arose as a response to the COVID pandemic and now that pu...blic events are taking place again we feel it is time to test the waters with our market stall - we simply cannot do both. We will however continue to offer our pantry staples, sweet treats and a selection of frozen/ready to heat meal options from our website - these will be available as pick up only and we will release more information regarding this later. In the event that markets close down again - we can then be ready to quickly transition back to our online offer/home delivery. We would like to thank all the loyal customers who have supported our home delivery service - you know who you are - we have very much appreciated your support, you have kept this business alive over the last 6 months when times were not easy - we hope you will continue to enjoy our cuisine either at a market event or via our website offer. Its not easy being a small vegan food business, we face a number of challenges - we truly appreciate all the support we receive. We hope people will continue to show their support for our business over the next few months - either at a market or online and we hope to keep introducing our plant based cuisine to more and more people, showing people of all ages that vegan food can be fun, nutritious and tasty.
