19.01.2022 Blocks are back baby! These props are SO handy for any stage of your yoga practice. Use them in asanas such as pyramid, triangle or half moon (just to name a few!) to bring the floor closer so you can focus on lengthening the side body and opening the chest rather than forcing the hand to touch the floor and collapsing the upper body. In YIN, blocks are wonderful for supporting the knees in butterfly pose, resting the head in forward folds or creating an incline when in reclined shapes. Make a habit of grabbing a couple every time you practice and see what a difference they make
