25.01.2022 12 WEEK CUT COMPLETE! I think for the majority of people the most effective and sustainable way to get in shape is progressive overload and flexible dieting. 15.01.2022 I can say that I have two opposing selves within me. A lower and a higher. The lower tends to be impulsive pulling me down into emotional reactions and defensive postures, making me feel self-righteous. It makes me grab for immediate pleasures. It induces me to adopt what others are thinking, losing myself in the group. I feel the the impulses of a higher self when I am drawn out of myself, wanting to connect more deeply with others, to absorb my mind in work, to think instea...d of react, to follow my own path in life, and to discover what makes me unique.. Bringing out this higher self within us is what we all really want, because it is only in developing this side of ourselves that we humans feel truly fulfilled.

But the truth is, I need to be doing more and I can do more. I'm at ninety to ninety-five percent of my potential. I won't make excuses but I will respond with more effort.

02.01.2022 This is my favourite variation of the chin up! A neutral close grip not worrying about the range of movement but focusing on pulling up from the sternum! Give it a crack and notice how the different grip hits your lats! If you can’t do it body weight you can try it on the first squat rack out the back with bands!
02.01.2022 One arm Barbell Row is great exercise to bring your back up! It allows for a great stretch and you can focus on one side at a time! Give it a go on your next Back day!

One day I asked why she got coaching instead of spending all her money going out like all the other 21 year olds - I received a pep talk I’ll never forget. Rheannon spoke on priorities and striving to be better.... I wonder how many people I have given that speech to since. You don’t know how your words echo; the things you say and do affect more people than you will ever know.
