22.01.2022 Super tasty Everything Energy Bars 2.5 C Einkorn Flour 1/2 C Protein powder of your choice 1/2 tsp Sea Salt flakes... 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 C Coconut Oil 1/2 C Maple or Agave 2 tsp Vanilla 2-3 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil 1/2 C Pumpkin seeds 1/2 C Sunflower seeds 1/2 C Slivered Almonds 1/2 C Coconut Flakes 1 C Organic Dried Wolfberries 1/2 Dark Chocolate drops (optional) Preheat oven to 180C Line a 9x13" pan with baking paper. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Melt coconut oil, add Maple, vanilla and Cinnamon oil. Combine well together with dry ingredients. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 20mins or until golden brown. Cool before removing from pan. Cut into desired portion size and store in a airtight container. Bloody delicious

Though I have been surrounded by love, praise, kindness, exceptional food, warm coats, and great conversatio...n, every couple of hours just a bit of anger, over something meaningless, would arise and feel like it inflamed my throat. I stopped, remembered to breathe in good, breathe out resentment, anger, distrust, grief. And ultimately, all my brain kept coming back to is blah, blah, blah, *@&!ing blah, just let me be angry.’ .
