13.01.2022 If your looking for a good meditation app that incorporates (gamma wave) binaural beats & a unique 3D sound then Synctuition are giving you access to a good half of the application for free. The full sessions take a good 3 months to complete & you can only listen to one 25 minute session in every 12 hours, however this would give you plenty of time to asses the application.

09.01.2022 I'm looking forward to learning more about the new Muse s for sleeping. I currently have the Muse 2 which is great for live Neuro Meditation feedback, however I do have some restless nights & previously used a headband called Neo that monitored my sleeping brain waves into Depp, REM & awake, however that company went broke with all the gyroscope fitbit devices, that don't do as a good a job.

08.01.2022 This just goes to show how sound wave frequencies have a natural cymatic pattern. Each tone or harmonic scale will create it's own unique pattern. This is why you see patterns on the back of your closed eyelids when looking at a strobing light source.
