22.01.2022 Peter Hess therapy singing bowls are unique in their sound and quality and are the result of over 20 years experience with sound massage and research. During a sound massage singing bowls are placed on the dressed body and then gently played to create vibrations. Our body consists mainly of water and the vibrations of the singing bowls spread like concentric waves through all layers of our being. The sounds promote activation of the parasympathetic nervous system and theta brainwaves, bringing you into a deeply restful and meditative space.

14.01.2022 And just like that, today’s journey marked the last Harmonic Sound Resonance event of the year. Time sure flies past when you are having fun. This journey was something a little different from what you know about HSR sound sessions. Today was about guided journeying through past, present and future. A sage smudge and heart opening cacao cleared the pathway for a rich visualisation journey during which we released what no longer serves us and stepped into our full potential guided by our passions, wishes, intentions and universal supports. Thank you so much to all who joined on this journey today and for sharing your experiences.
