Our health depends on ALL of us doing the right thing *Social Distance *Wash Hands Regularly for 20 Secs... *Dont Touch Face And PLEASE download the COVID App so tracing of contacts can hapoen as quickly as possible. At this stage it is Remedial Massage Treatments as usual for me. But PLEASE if you arent feeling well or have recently travelled to Melbourne Metro Area and are at all concerned about your own health reschedule your massage apt and get a Covid-19 test. We are all good country people with common-sense so lets be an example to others. Stay safe everyone

21.01.2022 Just an update in relation to the Covid-19 outbreak. Effective today the advice I have received indicates I can still provide treatments but only of a 30 min duration. In 30 mins I can still treat -back and arms for upper back and neck issues... -or back and legs for lower back issues. I will keep everone informed if/when circumstances change. Be assured that all hygiene regulations are being adhered to including a stylish mask being worn by Debbie These are stressful and confussing times for everyone so it is really important for all of us to do our bit. 15.01.2022 UPDATE: Open for Treatments again As at PM Friday 3rd April 2020 State Govt has clarified that Remedial Massage and Myotherapy are NOT on the "Restricted" list. This is a great achievement for my industry To all my loyal and fantastic clients sadly I have to advise that due to strict government guidelines in relation to the COVID-19 virus I am no longer able to provide Remedial Massage Treatments at this time.... Late yesterday 31st March 2020 the Government clarified that Remedial Massage has been added to the non-essential services list. If you have massages booked I will contact you to reschedule appointments once the government advises I can reopen. Keep an eye on my Facebook page for health and positive tips. I will still be available by phone or text if you need help or just a chat. Stay positive, safe and healthy everyone. We will all be through this in no time. Debbie Simpson

Therefore I am still able to provide treatments. Strict hygiene practices are in place and all clients are required to wear a mask during their treatment. ... I will of course be keeping a close eye on our local Latrobe active cases to ensure the safety of both myself and my clients. I am currently happy that the local news grapevine is working well to keep me informed. 09.01.2022 For all those like me who are craft and/or sewing challenged or just dont have time to make cloth face masks. I can highly recommend these cloth face masks as I have been treating clients whilst wearing them since April. They are really comfy to wear then just throw them in the washing machine. Shape them up and peg on line to dry.... Have lost count how many times mine have been washed and still like new Locally made too

09.01.2022 UPDATE: I have just received an email from Latrobe Health Services clarifying that they are now able to pay claims from 6th April 2020. Yeh commonsense has prevailed Just advising that effective 30th March 2020 the Aust Regional Health Group (ARHG) of Private Health Insurance funds are not reimbursing members claims for Alternative Therapies due to Covid-19. Unfortunately they include Remedial Massage under this heading. Health Funds in this Group include: Latrobe Health ...Services St Lukes Health Mildura Health Fund Hunter Health Insurance As at Wednesday 15th April I know that Latrobe Health Services are definitely rejecting claims but I am unsure about the others. Hopefully this will not be for too long. This in no way affects the Victorian Govt clarification on allowing Remedial and Therapeutic Massage to still proceed as per the DHHS website "Restricted Activities @ 31 March 2020" Stay Safe and Healthy Everyone. Well be through this before we know it.
