01.01.2022 Online classes! Zoom Pilates (or Prulates) can assist you during this challenging time in lockdown. In this class, we focus on relaxation, breathing, centering, mobilization, strength, pain management and pelvic floor function. All you need is some space on the floor and a bath towel. Many students also have their pets join in! Classes are $10 or $5 if you have lost your income due to the lockdown. $5 trial class for new students. ... Monday 12 noon Friday 9:30am Saturday 10am To book, simple PM me a screen shot of your payment and state which class you would like to attend. I hope to see you on Friday morning!
