24.01.2022 Dear friends, Happy to announce that Harmony Yoga is back :) after a long break! There will be two classes a week:... Mon 5-6.30Pm for adults Tue 11am-12.30pm class for adults but babies and toddlers welcome to be present in the class. I look forward to seeing you again on the yoga mat :) Helen

16.01.2022 Just came back from one of my kids yoga classes where I had 10 gorgeous students with smiley faces, warm hearts and all soo receptive and open to learn new things in life, do some fun yoga postures, learn something new about themselves and also respect others....I am humbled and privileged to be their yoga teacher.
