10.01.2022 7 TIPS TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM I don't believe in generating fear throughout a population, but any virus is potentially dangerous. So how do we protect ourselves? EAT FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES. Keep your immune system strong and your body healthy by eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and cut out all the junk food that is full of sugar. A teaspoon of processed sugar shuts down the immune system for 30 mins. (Think of your army soldiers (immune system) getting drunk... - that is the effect sugar has on your immune system) Considering coke has around 3 tablespoons of sugar - your immune system will be shut down long enough for the bugs to do the damage. Cakes, lollies, sweets all have high levels of sugar - so get rid of them and boost your immune system with these 5 tips - Boost your immune system with these 7 tips - 1. Stop eating processed sugar - including soft drinks, cakes, lollies, muffins, all sorts of sweets. 2. Steam fresh vegetables and eat with a pinch of salt and squeeze of lemon juice. Eat lots, especially dark green leafy vegetables - mainly silverbeet. 3. Eat fruits high in antioxidants - blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. 4.
