16.01.2022 In the middle of a Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice, I have finally discovered where I want to be in my practice and how my ongoing journey and enquiry in arts has opened a plethora of wonderful insights and growth relationally. I personally am moved by the many stories of healing and mental health even as my own story is in process of unfolding through the arts. I am discovering just how robust this is as a form of therapy through my own journey of grief and loss as a carer, mother, sister, daughter and partner.
