21.01.2022 Focus on the inner and outer voice. The interior effects the exterior. External Confidence increases by addressing the internal of all things. Do both, do the work. There is an inner critic that needs to have attention. while you are acting as what you want it you are also dealing with the inner critic by making it into object, by giving a colour and image, making a movie out it. Notice who is the seer... who is the awareness of it? Addressing it by asking it "what is your ...good intention for me" speak to it and know it and give it a response. Dialogue with younger self and the higher self... So while you getting on with business on the outside acting and modelling what you want, privately address address the inside.. spend at leat 10 min every night addressing it.. 20.01.2022 When speaking create pause and breaks. Don't fill the space from phrase to phrase with noise.. Uhm and... so... we need to hear a blank space. Don't make a thinking sound.. leave it empty. ... Pause instead no rush, if you rush so will the thinking of others.. When we rush its because we are scared of silence. As leaders we want to show others that its ok, we are here together and I want to be here in your presence. Feel the words don’t just think them.
