20.01.2022 Unfortunately, due to alot of sickness within our Playgroup members, Playgroup is not on today. We are so sorry for the delayed message. Our deepest apologies to any persons who may have turned up, not aware of the cancellation. We hope good health will have us returning next Tuesday.

18.01.2022 Hi out there in FB world, I forgot to post last weeks playgroup, which saw us gain two new playgroup friends.. YAY.... Our new friends along with some of our regular friends loved exploring, dress up, swings, morning tea & our mowers & bikes... This week saw a very small playgroup,three of us, as a lot of our friends were unwell, but we had fun making cardboard swords, Sammy made a brilliant car hot wheel train, swings & our fav pink little car.... ... Look forward to seeing you all next Tuesday

07.01.2022 Well another big turn up at playgroup today, we welcomed a new mum Jess & princess Amy to our friendly group, despite the recent rain the kids took it in there stride, we had wet sand play & eating lol Tracey, swings, fort, trampoline & building bridges & roads for our wooden vehicles to drive on, Vinnie did our mowing & Alex put up all the road signs to keep us safe again... Morning tea was extra special today as we had one of our princes celebrate a birthday & his mum made an awesome Dinosaur cake, Happy Bithday Sammy...

07.01.2022 As advised by Playgroup NSW. PLAYGROUP WILL BE NOT ON, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Please take care. An announcement will be made, before Playgroup returns. Playgroup NSW continues to remain responsive as the situation surrounding COVID-19 develops, and we are closely monitoring the Commonwealth and State Governments’ announcements and health advice relating to the virus. The health and well-being of the communities we serve is our primary focus during this period of uncertainty, ...and we are actively developing contingency plans to minimise any potential spread of the virus whilst keeping Playgroup NSW as operational as possible. As such, we have decided to suspend all of our Supported Playgroups and we recommend the same for all Community Playgroups, effective from Tuesday 17 March 2020 until Thursday 9 April 2020. During this time we will continue to monitor new information and respond accordingly. We are also working on a contingency plan for all Playgroup NSW employees which will include how we support all of our playgroups. We are aiming to return to business as usual as soon as we can, but in the meantime we thank you for your continued support of our commitment to keeping everyone healthy. 06.01.2022 On the morning 8th of April, our Harrington Playgroup family, was given the sad and heavy hearted news that our amazing and wonderful treasurer and friend, the irreplacable Donna, grew her wings. Her long hard fought battle with cancer, was no more and she is now in peace. The time and effort Donna, along with the help of her supportive husband, Scott, put in to our little community Playgroup, will never be forgotten!! One of a kind woman... Who was positive, caring, selfless..., funny, witty, organised (oh so organised) thoughtful, creative, humourous... She was our Donna, our Grandma Donna!! There will never be enough words to describe the impact she had. Donna would bring her homing pigeons, to show the children. Just like they spread their wings and fly home, so now is our beautiful Donna. We thank you for everything you did for us all and we will miss you, very very much!! Rest in Peace, lovely. See more
