15.01.2022 An exciting law reform measure could be on its way as the centuries old stamp duty system makes way for a modernised tax system! The NSW Treasurer seeks to phase out stamp duty and replace it with an annual land tax on new property transactions in an effort to boost the NSW economy.

02.01.2022 Updates to the Conveyancing Rules have enabled us to continue business as usual throughout 2020 with the ability to sign some instruments and documents electronically. We have witnessed numerous signatures via audio-visual link during COVID-19 and we are happy to see these new rules will apply until March 31 2021 so we can keep assisting those who need it.
