07.01.2022 HARRY HOO PENINSULA STORAGE Instructions Store at or below -18C at all times Do not refreeze thawed or cooked product... Products will store in freezer for up to 12 months. THAWING Instructions -Dumplings/Dim Sims ONLY Thaw in refrigerator overnight Once thawed use within 24 hours COOKING Instructions NOTE: - AS APPLIANCES VARY CONSIDERABLY PLEASE ADJUST COOKING TIMES IF NECESSARY -All products can be shallow fried in oil until brown/crisp- DIM SIMS & DUMPLINGS Product is pre-cooked prior to distribution and best cooked defrosted. -AIR FRYER Spring Rolls at 200C for 15 mins Dim Sims at 200C thawed first for 7 mins -DEEP FRIED Fry thawed product for 5 minutes at 170C. -STEAMED Place thawed product in a steamer containing boiling water and heat for 20 minutes. -MICROWAVE Place frozen product in a microwave-safe container with approximately 1cm of water. Cover and cook on high for approximately 3 minutes for 1 item. Then add 1 minute extra per item if you are cooking multiples. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving. -POT BOIL Place thawed product in POT boiling of water for approximately 10 minutes. -BBQ Recommended for DIM SIMS only QCut in half and place meat side down onto the hot grill or plate for approximately 5-10minutes or until brown/ slightly crisped. SPRING ROLLS Please cook from frozen ONLY. -AIR FRIED Fry for 7-8 minutes at 200C. -DEEP FRIED - 12 mins approx at 170C -OVEN BAKED - Place on baking tray and spray with a light oil to crisp. Bake for approximately for 30 minutes at 180C PORK BUNS DO NOT DEFROST -STEAMED - over boiling water for 12 minutes. -MICROWAVE - sprinkle a few drops of water on the buns, cover with cling wrap and heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
