A combination of the large corner block and orientation of the home, plus the massive raked ceiling through the living and alfresco area!! ... 17.01.2022 INDIANA Recently finalised a very straight forward version of our Indiana display home for Trevor & Rujeko! This build will actually be just 10 doors down from some other clients who recently got their keys in Yanchep! These guys came to me not that long ago after being burnt by another builder very recently who had just lied to them for months on end so they were pretty over it. They had pretty much ruled out the govt grants however by building one of display homes we a...re still able to achieve those timeframes and help get them the grants! 14.01.2022 COMPLETION Very excited for Wayne & Chisako who have reached practical completion on their new family home in Ardross!! This is a mega home with a 4 car garage! However we were clever with the design so the garage is 2 wide and 2 deep to maximise space on the block. ... We had lots of issues with the council and removing some trees to allow for a straight driveway but we got there in the end! ... 12.01.2022 HOMEBUILDER SCHEME Ive been a bit quiet on here lately and apologies for that but it has been absolute chaos these last few days but Im back to posting my usual content and build updates, starting with this one!! The government has just released a stimulus package to help boost the construction of new homes and renovations across Australia and here are the facts we currently know: ... - $25k grant to all who qualify. - NOT LIMITED TO 1ST HOMEBUYERS. - Income caps in place, $125k for singles, $200k for couples. - Home and land package price cap of $750k. - Must sign a build contract between now and Dec 31. - In addition to current $10k first homeowners grant (can get both). There are various other rumours getting thrown around regarding state governments matching the federal grants and this may well happen but not yet confirmed. There is no denying this is a MASSIVE opportunity for anyone who is thinking of building a new home anytime soon but please be cautious when reading all the marketing BS that is about to be plastered everywhere by certain builders left right and centre, dont get sucked in to gimmicks... 10.01.2022 10M CUSTOM DESIGN Lots of people having difficulty coming up with a functional design to suit a narrower lot but it was pretty straight forward for Tarryn & Zac for their new home in Bedford!! I am very pleased with this design and how its all turned out, weve managed to fit so much in there with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Home Theatre, Home Office AND a Scullery, what more do you need!! ... Very glad I did as it helps to get a full appreciation for the amount of work involved just to get some jobs out of the ground and slab poured! ... Its jobs like these where it pays to be building with an experienced builder like Dales as we can adapt to unforeseen circumstances that pop up and deal with them hassle free. We recently opened our Shorehouse display home in the village and its been super popular already.
