Part of a multi-area refurbishment project, these sunshading devices in the school's colours mimic launching butterflies perched on an otherwise unprotected and unused central courtyard, providing additional breakout space for the growing student population. 14.01.2022 Did you know that we designed the RAC Travel & Member Services branch in Mandurah? Completed in 2016, it is located at a prime corner tenancy in Halls Head Central. To ensure maximum visibility of the branch from all directions, we designed a statement angled blade wall clad in RAC brand colour at the entry to direct visitors into the tenancy. New elements such as the service counters, self-serve station and concierge were also introduced to reflect RAC's evolving approach to... efficiency and approachability. . . . The limited space due to its location in an older building meant that we had to cleverly integrate a lot of the storage elements into the nooks and crannies of the base built. Immersive cinemas, group / individual training spaces, computer rooms, offices and amenities formed part of the comprehensive brief to enable a brand new approach to training with a pathway to a career in the mining sector. 09.01.2022 We were engaged last year to undertake the design of a speculative fitout amalgamating two tenancies into a single contemporary office space, in a bid to attract a tenant into the last unleased space set within an A-grade building in Perth CBD. Working closely with BGIS and Aurecon as the project manager and consulting engineer respectively, our team was able to fulfill the client brief to incorporate an open plan work space, private offices, meeting / collaborative spaces, a...nd a breakout area with alfresco seating into the ground floor tenancy.
