03.01.2022 One of my favourite cooking experience dishes is the creamy coconut chicken curry (which cooks while the cauliflower rice steams at the same time). The recipe requires 90g of tandoori paste. I make a batch and freeze in portions. Tonight I used the leftover to marinade some lamb for tea ... forgot to take a photo but the family ejoyed it!
