What some of you may not know is that I live with depression, anxiety and ptsd and my goal in speaking out is to help as many people as I can and to improve the mental health services that are underfunded to help the community so I am participating in Onefootforward walking 60kms in October to raise much needed funds especially in the way the world is today , as these are hard times if you cant donate yourself if you could please share I appreciate all your support always
