22.01.2022 Revamp Reno... we bought this little ugly duckling a couple of years ago and converted it into a 5 bed plus a self contained unit out back. The outside never got a look in as there was demand without needing to touch externals. Tenants are out and now we have come back to do some repairs and finish the exterior, repair some flooring etc. Not all flips or positively geared properties need to be large glamorous deals. A balanced portfolio is a great portfolio. Dont forget to always review each deal for cash flow, repairs or sell. Bring on our next ugly duckling!
