20.01.2022 I am going to start a series of posts of #thelanguageofbirth Starting with changing "delivered" or "labour" to "Birthing". Labour can suggest to some women hard work. While birth does take work and can be difficult, language can brace women to fear the process. "Delivered" gives power over to someone else "the Dr delivered my baby" when no, mumma birthed her baby!
