22.01.2022 As someone who finds their identity in their clients businesses, this new normal has proved particularly challenging. . I've lost some of my favourite, long term clients and logically I know it's not me, and try and tell myself it's the current circumstances, but it's hard to believe it in my heart when I've invested so much. . I've put my own 'brand' on the backburner for such a long time, I'm scrambling to find my why. I don't have a 'tribe' a girl gang or a business besti...e. Im trying to pivot but I don't know how and maybe I don't even want to? . It's also been extremely difficult because I'm married to a doctor on the front line of this whole thing. It's so hard to justify promoting myself when my husband and so many people I know are going through such a terrible time. . 16.01.2022 So this was me in the pool all last week trying to juggle having a getaway with my besties and 'work'. I learned two things - The best thing about working for yourself is that you can work anywhere and everywhere. I can take calls while sitting by the pool and catch up on my emails while hanging out at the bar. And the worst thing about working for yourself is that you can work anywhere and everywhere. It literally follows you around and you can never 100% switch off. ... In saying that, I am so grateful that I get to have last minute getaways with my friends and work from home in my pyjamas. However, I think I will always miss being able to leave work at the office.

13.01.2022 Soo.. it's been a minute since I showed up on insta and since I was here last, life was relatively normal and the whole world wasn't descending into chaos. To be honest, I really struggle putting myself out there when I'm investing so much of my time and energy into my client's businesses that I forget I'm running my own (please tell me I'm not the only one?) I also feel like I can hardly ever do 'behind the scenes' of what I'm working on because you would literally j...ust be looking at my computer screen and I always feel like I'm talking to myself when I'm on instagram stories So much has happened in the last few months and it's been devastating to see how the current climate has impacted my clients. On the other hand, I've also been extremely inspired by the way businesses around the world are pivoting and adapting their systems and processes to try and work through #socialdistancing. On that note, you'll be seeing me here a bit more often now on, especially now that I'm trying to pivot myself. Or maybe I'll be back in 6 months, who knows! See more

I'm not going to do a cheesy post *introducing* myself, even though I don't think I ever have on here, but thought I would just show you the face behind Hart Virtual Services because It's been a little while. This photo was taken by my one of my besties back in my home town of Cairns. I think it's the only time I've ever felt 100% comfortable behind the camera (probably because of the cocktail I downed just before we started the shoot) and having someone ...familiar and a *pro* behind the lens really helped. I want to know - what are your best branding shoot tips? I'm going to get a new shoot done in Melbourne at the end of the year while we are on holidays, so I want to know all of the things!!

05.01.2022 Me over here pretending like I'm not working on the weekend... I just can't seem to help myself I feel like it's the only time I actually get to work *on* my biz and not in it.. anyone else feel the same? I felt like all my balls have been up in the air lately, which isn't really like me. This weekend I've managed to do a full system overhaul, get my calendar under control and get an accurate picture of my workload. #ORGANISED I've had few new clients start recently a...nd bookings for projects filling up fast for the second half of 2020 (availability announcement coming soon) so I really needed to get my sh*t together. I'm one of those people who just wants to help everyone, but I know I need to set boundaries for myself so I don't get burnt out. I'm now going into the new financial year with much more clarity and control in my business and it feels great See more

Some examples of workflows that can be automated are lead generation, onboarding new clients, client relationship management, email marketing sequences but really, the possibilities are endless. ... REASONS TO CONSIDER AUTOMATING YOUR WORKFLOWS Save time Stop doing boring repetitive tasks Give your clients professional and smooth processes that elevate your business Imagine being able to get leads, onboard clients and have clients book services with you while you sleep? It sounds so cliché but it is fully possible with automation. Check out Zapier and Dubsado which are great apps to help automate your processes!

04.01.2022 #OFFICEGOALS I miss working in a co-working space to break up my week. It was a great way to go through the motions of having a regular 9-5 but on my terms. It also stopped me forgetting how to interact with humans after working from home Amid the pandemic and moving a small town that doesn't even have a co-working space, I found something even better. Enter @coolwowcollective. ... Haley sent me a DM inviting me to join, and honestly, I ignored it. I thought I was too cool for it (see what I did there ) but I couldn't get it out of my head and for 2 days I stewed over it, wondering what I had to lose for such a small investment. I ended up hitting the JOIN button and honestly, I don't know why I even considered not. I had an instant girl gang. I had co-working 2 days a week. Monthly masterclasses that blow your mind. And, within the first week, I gained a new DREAM client whose project made me back the membership investment 6 times over (I'm looking at you @brodirose). I'm so thankful for @haleyberryman__ and the amazing community she has put together and everything she does for us. If you get the opportunity to join when doors open again, don't think, just do. 02.01.2022 I've had my head stuck in my laptop for the last little while onboarding some new clients, working with my retainer clients on their new projects, refining my offerings and giving my own systems & processes a refresh. I've even managed to make a comeback on Instagram stories After the downtime the last couple of months has brought, it's nice to be busy again! I feel like I'm much more productive when I have projects in the pipeline and looming deadlines. I'm still wo...rking on being a morning person but as most of my clients know from my late-night emails, It's a habit I'm probably not going to break anytime soon. When are you your most productive?!
