21.01.2022 Hi All, Hope your having a great week! Good news and bad news!! I start a new job this week and will be in Adelaide until thursday. Unfortunately this means I will have to cancel bootcamp this wednesday :-( sorry! But will be back on next wednesday! The good news is I am starting SATURDAY MORNING BOOTCAMP this week!!! So come along and bring your friends!! We will kick off at 7:15am @ Svoboda Park. Please let me know if you can make it so I know approximate numbers . Thanks for all your support!!

Bootcamp is on tomorrow (sat) morning 7:15am at svoboda park, kuraby (cnr if stiller drive and beenleigh road). Only $5!.. every Wednesday & Saturday mornings! Hope you can come along and join us! 09.01.2022 Hi everyone!! sorry for late notice but tomorrows boot camp will be held just up the road at Svoboda park! It is still on stiller drive and is less than a minute up the road. the reason for this - Is that its getting cold and the grass is very wet and uncomfortable as well as long were we are currently located Svoboda park is bigger and better maintained. It also has concrete asphalt which is a big bonus!!! see you all there!!!
