25.01.2022 If you would like Easter biscuits or Hot Cross Buns you can order them from Harvest and Light with a pickup on Monday 29th March - money raised will go toward new safety fencing at Geeveston Primary School!!

23.01.2022 I just received my copy to this book. I’ve been reading it all morning. Everyone wanting to let go of recipes dictating their kitchen, everyone who grew up with tv chefs telling them only the freshest and best will do, everyone trying to cut down on their waste, this is the book for you. Well done Cornersmith, another edition to the kitchen empowerment and sustainability collection.

17.01.2022 Tomatillo salsa - A blend of locally grown tomatillos (thanks @huonvalleyyoga ) onions, coriander, jalapeños and garlic. A very Mexican salsa that works as a dip, on tacos, nachos and with pork. An up to date preserve list is available to download on the Harvest and Light website: harvestandlight.com.au Delivery to the Huon valley, Hobart and surrounds is on a Wednesday. Geeveston residents can get same day delivery.

15.01.2022 The list so far... send me an email if you would like a pdf version and if you would like to order. Let me know if you would like to be added to a subscribers list that may include recipe bonuses and other great information like "what is this and how can I use it?" As you can imagine this process is a work in progress. My business is trying to adapt along with many others in this same situation. At this stage I will deliver preserves on a weekly basis and will drop to your door in the Hobart and Huon Valley region. Postage can also be organised.

10.01.2022 Lids For kids - please don't drop off lids to the shop until lids for kids send notification they can collect and send to the mainland again. I cannot hold these lids on site. Please also note, when collection resumes, the lids must be clean and dry with the paper insert removed and please also take note of the type of lid that can be collected. Not every plastic lid is able to be used. While I appreciate you are doing a great job in collecting, I cannot clean, dry and store these lids.
