We have navigated our way through Covid shutdowns, restrictions and protocols and have emerged with a stronger team and a stronger business. We'd like to thank you for taking this journey with us; for every coffee, tea, drink, sweet delight and meal you've taken with us; for every like and click on our social pages; ...for every recommendation you've give to your friends and family about us; for every catering job you've given us or recommended us for; for every smile and compliment you've given us. 17.01.2022 As you know Harvest is all about locals supporting locals and here we have one of the local businesses that we absolutely love, allowing us to stock their delicious range of dressings and olive oils. THEIR STORY... Paling Yards Grove began in 1999 with the planting of 2000 trees on the family property, located in the Central West Slopes and Plains of New South Wales, approximately 35kms west of Orange. In 2004 this grew to 3000 trees to accommodate the growth of the Paling Yards business. Ross and Trish Bragg own and manage the grove, harvesting olives for their delicious extra virgin olive oil and also a boutique range of salad dressings and dukkah. This operation is done from the Paling Yards headquarters, right next door to the grove. Another amazing story of one of our local businesses!! If you haven't yet tried the Paling Yards Grove products, be sure to call in and grab yours, you will not be disappointed!!
