20.01.2022 Recently in their Science lessons, the Year 4 students have researched how greenhouses work and how they can be useful when growing vegetables and flowers. They designed their own miniature greenhouse and used recycled materials to construct them. They were excited to see their sunflowers starting to sprout!

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Taylor Larsson for her recent performance at the Viva SA All Schools Athletics Championships. Taylor won Gold in U18 Shot Put and Silver in U16 Discus, U18 Discus and U16 Shot Put.

19.01.2022 Our Year 12 Formal is under way! The Class of 2020 and their dates are enjoying a special evening together at the College.

18.01.2022 It was great to be back at the College today after the short-lived lockdown. Please keep these guidelines in mind when visiting the College. Let's continue to provide a safe environment for everyone.

16.01.2022 This afternoon, we held our Year 6 Graduation ceremony. Students enjoyed a meal together, performed musical items, and spoke about their Primary schooling and what their highlights had been. They were each presented with a Bible before their final procession out of the Performing Arts Centre past the crowd of Primary students forming a guard of honour outside. It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating the end of Primary schooling for the Year 6 students.

14.01.2022 This afternoon, the Year 9 cohort celebrated their Homecoming ceremony, marking the end of the Rite Journey Program. During the ceremony, students utilised their public speaking skills to tell their peers and those streaming at home all about their journey through the Rite Journey program. Congratulations Year 9 students!

13.01.2022 This Thursday, the Harvest Fun Run and Walk Club will be wrapping up for the year. Club members are invited to join in a series of fun games and activities to conclude what has been a great year for the club. We ask that parents/caregivers wait outside the gate closest to the front entrance of Cornerstone Stadium when collecting the students at 4pm.

06.01.2022 In an endeavour to keep our entire community as safe as we can from the COVID-19 Coronavirus, this afternoon the Premier and Health Minister stated that South Australia will be going into a 6-day lockdown from midnight tonight, and further lockdowns/restrictions could take place after this. We have decided that the College will be closed for all students in our community for the next six days. 06.01.2022 On Friday evening, our graduating students, along with their dates, and our Year 11s enjoyed stepping out in their finest at the Year 12 Formal. We congratulate all our graduates on the completion of their schooling and pray God's guidance over their future endeavours.

05.01.2022 ***COVID-19 CLOSURE UPDATE***

05.01.2022 Our Learning Support department has been fortunate to acquire 5 maze wobble boards. These boards have an inbuilt challenge where a ball is moved through the maze to the centre and back out again. All this is done whilst standing on the board, feet apart, and tilting the board without it touching the ground. The challenge involves the brain, fine and gross motor skills, as well as core strength assisting sensory needs and expands the neural networks to improve cognitive skills. Thank you to the Men’s Shed at Moonta for making them for us.

02.01.2022 College families are invited to join in celebrating our students and recognising their achievements from this year at our end-of-year presentations. These events have been changed to online livestreams in order to ensure the health and safety of the College community due to the recent reintroduction of restrictions related to COVID-19. College families will be sent a link to view the livestream closer to the time of the event.
