21.01.2022 Typical end of workout cardio session - 20mins in length - 20 rounds of 1 min, 45 sec/15 sec rest How it works, pick 2-3 exercises on top of skipping for example bodyweight squat, push-ups, bicycle kicks.... The pattern after that is: - skip 45sec/15sec rest - squat 45sec/15rest (as many as possible in the 45sec) - skip 45sec/15sec rest - push-ups 45sec/15rest (as many as possible in the 45sec - skip 45sec/15sec rest - bicycle kicks 45sec/15rest (as many as possible in the 45sec) Then repeat until the 20mins or desired time has been achieved. Place what ever exercises you like in and length you want.

01.01.2022 So should get the page started and no better way to start with coming off an illness. I have been sick for a week so the diet hasnt been to plan and there hasnt been a workout for a week. So no matter how hard it can be to get into the swing off things just starting again will get u back into the groove and the workout just remember form and contraction and not so much for weight.
