17.01.2022 Picked our berries this week, we had Doris and Axel from Canada here helping, and showed us how to make a cleaning shoot the same as they use to clean there's. They think we're getting some great berries, so we're very pleased about this, it's been a long hard few years, with many set backs along the way, but I think we're into a great product, now looking forward to getting commercial growers involved next year

03.01.2022 Visiting Haskap growers in NZL, they call them Honeyberries here, although they are about a year later in growth than us they have a lot more expertise behind them being part of the Tree Crop Association. And it was great meeting other like minded people from America, as well as NZL.

02.01.2022 Waiting for delivery of some bee hives, we get bumble bees, but they don't wake up until it gets a bit warmer, and our berries bushes are starting to blossoms , so need them now. We have lots of wattle out now too. I love the bumble bees, this was last year when they enjoyed feeding on our onion patch.
