25.01.2022 Well, our baby is all grown up!! Most of you would already know Kass, our Little Ray of Sunshine. Kass has been with our Hastings Physio family working as a runner after school and holidays for the past 2.5 years. Well, School’s all done and she’s all ours until she works out what she’s going to do in life. Be sure to come in and say hi and I guarantee she’ll bring some joy to your day

18.01.2022 Patient Jim (88yrs old) and he has been practicing The Last Post to play for Remembrance Day today. Jim has an authentic Second World War Army Bugel (Boosey & Hawkes). It was found dumped following British involvement in Malaysia. Please let us all reflect with a minutes silence today to remember those who served and the sacrifices they made for our freedom today.

18.01.2022 Hastings Physio are so excited to welcome Brianna Seward, daughter of Paul Seward, who will be joining us for a five-week uni placement. Brianna is completing her final Physiotherapy Placement with us before graduating as a Physiotherapist later this year. Brianna has finished her three years of uni theory and already completed 25 weeks placement elsewhere so you can be assured she has a great base knowledge of physiotherapy and the musculoskeletal system. We also hear she ha...s achieved some pretty outstanding academic awards along the way. Many patients would recognise her name. Not only did Brianna use to work at the practice assisting the physiotherapist and on the desk four years ago, but Brianna has been a part of the Hasting Physio journey for a long time. Brianna's father Paul Seward founded Hastings Physio back in 1986, so it is safe to say Brianna has been around the practice more than most. Brianna will be treating patients from the 2nd November for a $5 donation. All proceeds will be going towards our patient, Tony Samuels', fundraising effort to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy. To book an appointment with Brianna please call 6583 2111.

11.01.2022 WOW! Tony is walking 60km before the age of 60 to raise money for muscular dystrophy. What makes this story incredible, is Tony lives with muscular dystrophy and 18 months ago he was in a hospital bed (pictured left) after a severe fall and was struggling with daily life and unable to walk unassisted. Tony has worked incredibly hard to rehabilitate himself and is now reclaiming his mobility and zest for life... although zest comes naturally for Tony who is a vibrant , talkative and talented sing star Hastings Physio is so proud of you Tony. A Fundraising page has been established in Tony's honour and you can donate online here: https://bit.ly/3l1U87f What a massive achievement to walk 60km before age 60!! Go TONY

01.01.2022 Guy’s baby Ruby Belle came to visit and we must say... You’ve still got it Nick
