17.01.2022 COVID-19: Update on Essential Service Suppliers, preventative measures and supply Dear Valued Customer, Firstly we would like to thank you very much for your support and understanding over the past couple of weeks. We feel privileged to be able to provide you with the goods and services you need at this challenging time. We feel privileged to have a job so to speak. ... Last week the Agricultural Minister put out a press release which is in states that we are an Essential Service and will continue to trade until further notice. The key is that we provide a safe shopping experience for you, the customer, and a safe workplace for our staff and ourselves. The shop is open and we have implemented all of the required procedures. We are practising social distancing within the store, and request you, as customers, do the same. We have hand sanitizer available at all entry points of the shop which we insist you use upon entry. This week we will be installing Sneeze Guards at the counter, to provide protection from droplets whilst serving and being served. We encourage you to phone ahead for pick-up of your goods. We can provide drive through, car park and road side collection. If you phone ahead, PH: 5979 1230, we can bring your goods to the car, load them and obtain payment through the car window. You do not need to get out of the car. We do offer a delivery service, but again encourage those that are able, to pick up so we can provide a delivery service to those less fortunate. We have sold out of all the Sanitizer we received last week. So at this stage, sorry, but we are out of stock. A limit of one per person was implemented to ensure sanitiser was distributed to as many people and businesses as possible in our local community. We do have more Sanitizer coming in, which is expected late April. When it arrives, those of you on our mailing list will receive an email to let you know we have sanitizer. You will have first option, for a few days before we offer it to general public. We won’t be running a wait list again, as it is considerably time consuming. We encourage you to let your friends and family know about this system too, so they can contact us, and get on the mailing list. We continue to look for opportunities where we can provide some specials and discounts which will help you feed your animals given the challenging financial times ahead. We will get through this but we need to adhere to the rules, slow down, think and show some patience and consideration. 07.01.2022 Covid 19 - Stage 4 Update Firstly our thoughts go out to those of you have been impacted or may be impacted by Covid 19, in terms of your health or the health of a loved one, and those of you who have suffered financially and emotionally. Stage 4 restrictions list any services connected with animal health, husbandry or welfare and Agriculture and farming support businesses as permitted to open. We fall under those categories, and will continue to trade to supply your e...ssential needs. However there will be some changes in the way we do things. We are currently not allowing customers to wander through the shop. We have the front counter open only, and an entry and exit door. There is a maximum of three customers to permitted in the store at any one time, being two people being served and one waiting to be served. After you place your order, we shall pick it and load it into your car, either in the front car park or the roadside. The drive through will be open to select trade customers. We are recording the names and contact details of all customers that enter the store for traceability. Our system enables you to receive an immediate email of your invoice, to avoid transferring paper. Orders can be placed either via email ([email protected]) or over the phone (PH: 03 5979 1230) to allow us to pre-pick your order, so it is ready for you when you arrive. This will reduce the need for you to enter the store, should that be of concern. When you have parked your car you can call the shop, and we will bring the goods to you whilst you remain in the car. We will continue to offer our delivery service for those of you that need to use it. Our valued staff shall continue to maintain the use of sanitiser and masks as required, and we insist that you do the same whilst on the premises. We still have hand sanitiser available for sale, in 500ml, 2.5L, 5L and 20L, plus disposable masks and gloves, should you need them. 03.01.2022 Hopefully you are all keeping safe at this challenging time. We are thankful that we again have stocks of Australian Manufactured Hand Sanitiser Gel (80% Ethanol) which we have been eagerly awaiting. This batch of sanitiser is now formulated with 80% ethanol, compared to the 70% ethanol, in that previously supplied, yet the price remains the same. We have it available in the following sizes.... 500ml $22.50 inc GST 2.5L $90.00 inc GST 5L $165.00 inc GST 20L $595.00 inc GST Please note this sanitiser remains a gel formulation, the same as we provided previously. The added cellulose thickener, increases the cost, but greatly enhances the products usability. Very soon we will offer, in conjunction with the gel, a liquid sanitiser, at a reduced cost. This may suit some of you, however it does have a more "watery" consistency. The 2.5L and 5L size, do not come with a pump this time around, as pumps are becoming difficult to obtain.
