I've always been very sporty & interested in how the body works. There were 2 main events in my life that inspired me: 1. I had multiple knee surgeries from the age of 16 (6 in total) & had to undergo lots of rehab so this got me interested in exercise rehab 2. My grandfather had diabetes & used to show me how he tested his blood glucose levels and was very regimented in how he managed it including exercise. This got me interested in exercise and chonic disease. Can you recommend a book you’ve recently read?
