23.01.2022 Hi there all, this is my first offering, prompted by the DHHS non-allowance of pipers to practice together in Victoria. We should all be aware that we play th...e WORLD'S ONLY COVID19 SAFE WIND INSTRUMENT....THINK...Pipers never exhale into the atmosphere, they blow into a bag through a closed tube & water trap...the air passes thru a drying canister into the drones where it passes thru 2 or 3 expansion chambers dropping residual moisture & exiting the drones dry & at very low pressure (no micro-droplets)...Similarly, air can be filtered to the chanter, allowing minimal moisture for the cane reed, & exiting thru a conical bore (which progressively reduces the air pressure & it's fluid content) in a downward direction (minimal mini-droplets). Covid19 safe ? See more

13.01.2022 BAND CONCERTS - WAUCHOPE - 11 OCTOBER 2020 The Band turned out yesterday to provide some entertainment for residents at the two Bundaleer establishments yesterday morning and afternoon which were very well received. It also provided the very rare opportunity for the members to enjoy a lunch together in the Bistro at the Hastings Hotel Wauchope... Fabulous food and friendly and efficient staff. Thanks, Tim.
