21.01.2022 Our awesome treasurer (and nurse by trade!) Sally ran a PD session this week talking through some handy tips for first aid. Moral of the story is ring 000 or seek medical help but we did learn some things to do until the professionals arrive! Thanks a million Sal!

Times are tough and isolation is incredibly difficult but if you can reach out and check in with those you love most <3

03.01.2022 During September, Hastings Rotaract counted their steps to raise awareness and funds for Cerebral Palsy research through the Cerebral Palsy Alliance in their annual Steptember event. We managed to raise nearly $500 for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance by walking over 1.5 million steps! Congratulations are in order for all of our members who participated and a special shout-out to Phoebe who on her own managed to log 375 823 steps!
