01.01.2022 Dear valued customers, As with everyone we have been closely watching as Australia and the world deals with managing COVID-19. Currently we are following recommendations by the relevant authorities with the main message to be in relation to increasing levels of hygiene and practising social distancing.... Hygiene and Social Distancing For many weeks Hatton Garden Jewellers level of hygiene has already increased to the required levels and now we will be implementing measures to assist with social distancing. Where possible effective immediately when dropping off your jewellery for repair, you will be asked to place it in disinfectant, before we examine it. For Watch batteries we ask that watches be cleaned before delivery. The goal is to allow onsite staff a safer space to work and ensure we are doing our part with respect to reducing spread, along with minimising disruption to the business. This will not impact our service to our valued customers. Collecting orders We ask clients who collect orders to assist with our approach in social distancing. If the shop appears busy / crowded, please wait before entering. Next steps The first priority for us is the health of everyone and secondly ensuring the impact on business is minimised. This is obviously a challenging time where the trade needs to work together as much as possible. Please contact us if you have any concerns, questions or ideas.
