25.01.2022 SMONDAY That moment on a Sunday where you can hear the claws of bitch Monday starting to creep up taunting you about the impending work week ahead Im super excited though cos Ive just ordered a stand-up desk which is on its way Since Ive been working from home the last 4.5 months Im finding my back and neck are so f*cked from sitting down all day I miss working at a stand-up desk like I have in the office at work in the CBD So Im really looking forward... to my very own one soon! And it also means I can totally put my walking pad underneath the desk and walk all day while I work See more

25.01.2022 Bedside details When all else fails, a gorgeous floral arrangement will save the day! Trust. Im actually obsessed with @thechristinequinn and LOVE @themayavander

24.01.2022 Sideboard styling For us, its all about creating depth. height and introducing beautiful textures. 1 Layer up those books and be conscious of the colours youre introducing in order to maintain cohesiveness and continuity. Here, were working with a very monochromatic palette to help anchor our artwork framed in black 2 Create height and points of interest Adding a candle is great for a sideboard, but keeping it under a glass cloche adds an element of l...uxe and creates a little more height placing it on top of the stacked books . 3 Fresh blooms are always welcome but were absolutely loving dried floral arrangements right now as theyre just as gorgeous and we love their longevity This stunning bunch is from our pals @bloomclub_bystasiafox As you can see, the largest leaf is a gold/mustard colour and it is quite prominent, so the trick to help balance the introduction of another prominent colour is to anchor it with smaller pieces in the same colour palette as weve done here with the brass tealight candle holders. Hope weve been able to give you a couple of quick tips for the next time you get your sideboard styling Happy hump day hotties See more

24.01.2022 Throwback to when things were a little lighter and brighter and Im not talking about life before COVID but when our master bedroom was a crisp fresh white and bright This space has taken on so many makeovers the cladding is probably now about a metre thick with paint But we love changing things up (well I do, Jamie not so much)... whaaa? I get bored really easy ... Hope youve had a sexy hump day See more

23.01.2022 Here it is... everything you need to know about how to care for the gorgeous Phalaenopsis Orchid Whilst you may be inclined to kick off your plant journey with a Monstera Deliciosa, Devils Ivy or even a Zanzibar Gem (all of which are relatively low maintenance/hardy plant choices) we absolutely love Orchids Theyre super easy to care for, stay in bloom for AGES (up to 3 months) and are a stunning feature for your home ... In tonights episode, I take you through absolutely everything you need to know from basic plant care, knowing when and how to water, the perfect soil to use and when to repot to even how to trim back the flower spike once the blooms are spent So grab yourself a vino and settle in for some great insights on how to care for your orchid! Hope you enjoy the episode! See more

22.01.2022 Did you catch our stories today? Yeh, I went a little hectic on some super sexy new cutlery by @krof.co and the most beautiful smoked ripple glasses and carafe by @fermliving which we sourced from our faves @designstuff. Now our fancy date night dinners can totally feel like were out at a restaurant instead of being locked down in our home (its the small things that are keeping us sane here in Melbourne ). On that note, sending our biggest love t...o our fellow Melburnians. If anyone ever needs to chat or have a vent, were here for you. Just shoot us a DM. Well get through this together. Stay strong. 22.01.2022 Saturday Styling Session We like to keep our coffee table styling super simple with a few key elements and by introducing colours that are both complimentary and also contrasting Florals are a great way to bring an explosion of colour helping to compliment the palette of your soft furnishings Combining accent pieces of different heights also creates depth and interest ... Well youre in luck, well soon be launching a video to workshop our top tips to sourcing the right artwork for your home! Were so thrilled with this gorgeous (MASSIVE) statement piece we recently sourced from @artandframing Its part of their Exclusive Edit Collection and its a striking 100cm x 150cm show stopper! We love that it works beautifully in our home - both aesthetically and spatially on the wall we chose it for Bonus points for anyone that knows where this iconic image was shot?

19.01.2022 Eh, it’s a yearly tradition - but this year, with our newest family member little Frankie ... clearly understanding that the long life ahead of her involves giving great face in front of a camera Check out that killer smile We think big sis Bella might be feeling a little threatened by little miss Frankie pants HAPPY EASTER from our little family to yours

19.01.2022 Taste testing the cookies and milk that we’ll be leaving out for Santa this year How good are our @clickclackhouseware pantry containers Hubs loves the fact that you can see exactly what’s in each container... but I love how I can get my mitts in the cookie container without him hearing with the easy lock clip lids #clickclackhouseware

18.01.2022 Home to our Co-Director Jamie is...

18.01.2022 Let’s talk feature lightingYou don’t always need to go a big statement piece for that wow factor with your lighting Sometimes it’s all about the detail that speaks for itself. We decided to use the Mele Pendant from @beaconlighting as our feature lighting in our living room It has an ash wood detail that pairs beautifully with the ribbed frosted glass and we think it works perfectly in this space

18.01.2022 Garage Makeover We get loads of DMs about our garage makeover we did last year so we decided to collate answers to the questions we usually get 1 Floors - we used an epoxy flooring by DY-Mark in Slate Grey we bought from @bunnings (we didnt add the flecks though as we wanted to keep the floors quite minimal and sleek). It was relatively easy to do, a bit of prep work involved in etching your bare concrete (if starting from scratch) with an acid wash first We al...so used a great video on how to epoxy your garage floor as reference which is on the Bunnings website. It includes a step by step easy to follow video which we recommend you check out! 2 Walls - we painted the walls in @duluxaus Domino as we wanted it to feel super sexy and man-caveesque. Does it make the space feel closed-in and small, you ask? We dont think so at all If anything, it creates depth and interest to what is normally a neglected space! 3 Storage/shelving units are all @pinnaclehardware products which were also sourced from Bunnings. Theyre fantastic and look so good 4 Cost - Including paint, brushes, rollers, Pinnacle storage units and epoxy flooring total cost came in under $2500 which we think is pretty good value considering we initially wanted to do a polished concrete floor which alone would have cost that much at a minimum. We absolutely love the practicality of an epoxy floor - its super easy to sweep/mop up any spills Its also hard wearing and durable Hope our makeover gives you some inspiration to tackle your own garage makeover. Be bold! Happy Sunday folks See more

17.01.2022 Another weekend of being confined to our home with Lockdown V2.0 in Melbourne What is everyone doing at home to ensure they keep on top of their metal health? It would be great to share how youre keeping busy, keeping your physical and mental health in check to get through what seems like a never ending saga. What Netflix series/movies youre watching right now? Who are your favourite influencers youre following that give you all the LOLs, have you started ...a new hobby, or tried a great new recipe? We hope that by sharing what youre doing may be able to help others that might be feeling the pinch! For us, weve been busy creating a whole repertoire of new content - especially lots of DIY videos, skits and tips on how to keep busy during these crazy times! See more

16.01.2022 Happy Monday lovers So, it dawned on me today that my online shopping binge fest whilst in Lockdown V2.0 has hit new heights Ive ordered that much shit online that every day the courier arrives bearing new gifts is a surprise lucky dip Literally. As in, I have no idea what Ive ordered or how much more is coming. I sometimes even open packages and ask myself why the fuck I bought a Danny DeVito cushion cover Week 5 of lockdown and Ive well and truly lost m...y marbles but Im not quite sure I ever really had them to begin with So heres a pretty picture of one of our favourite arrangements by the amazing @bloomclub_bystasiafox Purdy. See more

15.01.2022 Loving the 2020 Christmas Collection by @circahome We’ve been burning the Raspberry & Rhubarb scent which smells so deliciously Christmas not too overpowering or headachey (you know how sometimes candles can be totally in your face and you’re like, whoa, calm down ). Also, if you’re stuck for stocking filler ideas, they have some super cute mini candle baubles that are the perfect fillers! #circahome #christmas2020 #spon

10.01.2022 Weve decided to sleep in our guest bedroom tonight and pretend were somewhere other than Melbourne Watching the news tonight and seeing the behaviour of some people amidst this pandemic really really got to us Absolutely repulsing and no frontline worker should fall victim to such obnoxious behaviour from individuals that actively choose to put the health of others at risk Its selfish and irresponsible. Yes this post is polarising, but we want it to be polaris...ing. If you dont agree with putting your health and the health of others first and foremost... Please unfollow us. K bye See more

09.01.2022 Our master bedroom feels All about layers and textures especially during the winter months Whos keen on a video all about bedroom styling, sourcing artwork and colour psychology?

08.01.2022 Dont know about you but Lockdown V2.0 got me spending way too much money on online shopping ...on clothes Like, where the fuck am I actually gonna wear all this new shit... my lounge room? The backyard? I also find Im googling shit I would never buy or dont need just for the sake of it. Its so weird Its like Im replacing the real life walking into those $2 Asian variety stores and walking down every single aisle looking at all the random shit and waking out with like a tiny hand back scratcher thing Is anyone else doing the same?

07.01.2022 Christmas styling tip Coordinate your Christmas wrapping paper to compliment your colour scheme Here we’ve used an assortment of red & green wrapping paper and different textured ribbons to create harmony and cohesion from the tip of our tree to the base! Also, we like to buy gift boxes from those $2 variety stores for any presents like clothing etc so that all our gifts have a clean boxed look (I’m OCD like that) we love how it looks under the tree! Happy gift wrapping!

06.01.2022 Dining table styling We like to keep it simple and practical 1 Fresh blooms always make a statement on a dinner table - especially as a centrepiece for dinner parties Were currently obsessed with Hoary Stock flowers (not because shes a hoe and likes to get around the garden - but because they put out the most incredible perfume!) 2 Candelabras are a gorgeous feature whilst providing a romantic ambience at dinner parties ... 3 We also just have a couple of little salt and pepper finger bowls which look super cute on the tray Sometimes keeping it simple and understated is all you need! Happy styling See more

03.01.2022 THROWBACK Its nice revisiting old shots of how spaces in our home used to look Youll notice that there arent many shots of our living room Its the one space in our home that Ive never been 100% sold on. BUT this space is the next to get a refresh - with a new sofa, coffee table, rug and furnishings to come! Still about 10 weeks away whilst we wait for things to be made but very excited all the same!

02.01.2022 Reality realising there’s just on 4 weeks until Christmas And we’re determined to get all our Christmas shopping done before 12am Christmas morning (unlike last year ) We’ve found some great stocking fillers/Kris Kingle gifts this year!
