25.01.2022 Today we say a very tearful and heartbreaking farewell to one of our beloved, Haute Dog family members. It will come as no surprise that this little man, Vader, is a Haute Dog brand muse. Dachshunds really are hilarious and joyous little creatures, and this little bloke was NO exception. Vader, thank you for being SUCH a good (and naughty and funny) boy. We love you now and always. Run free in the land of sausage dogs and never ending food ... that is, until we meet again and can cuddle forever. We miss you so much already.

13.01.2022 Dachshund IVDD Support Australia Inc - DISA's friends at Dachprint are releasing their 2020 Calendars and Diaries shortly! $5 from the sale of each item sold will go to DISA (a volunteer run organisation) to help spread the word about IVDD (back problems) in dachshunds (the cutest dog breed in the world). Dachprint asked us to put a couple of ads together for the items, so we of course obliged - our designs for DISA & DaxSnax Dog Treats will be featured on the back cover of the calendar and inside back page of the diary.

09.01.2022 We LOVE working with shopping centres to roll out their in-centre marketing materials (yep, we cant get enough of retail!). Retail design means we create a lot of hoarding and directional signage for use in-centre the scale of the pieces often means we dont feature them on our timeline! We really should start featuring them more here. Heres a mock up of some directional window signage we designed for Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre recently, that required us to create a solution for the Chevron branding to co-exist with retailer branding, imagery & colourings. We're pretty stoked with how it all came together.

08.01.2022 One of the best things about graphic design and branding is that we dont know what well be creating from one day to the next! Mind Body & Bowl recently asked us to create a packaging wrap for their new range of dog leashes. To ensure the wrap was cost effective for print and easy to attach to the product, the overall design is a simple printed A5 landscape card, that wraps around the leash and then is secured using clear circular stickers. ... And voila! Who knew an A5 card could moonlight as packaging - all it took was a clever artwork layout (it took a bit of fiddling to get right!) and finding the right product to secure the wrap together! Each campaign is different and we just love sinking our creative teeth into them!
