19.01.2022 One of our current major projects is 2 x out-of-ground pools at St Lucia, being built side by side. Due to the steep slope on this block of land, the 8m x 3m pools are being built 4-6m in the air. Havana Pools loves a challenge, so this project is right up our alley! Next stage of construction - each pool will have its own house built around it. Can’t wait to see the end result, it’s going to look beautiful.
18.01.2022 Happy new year everyone! After a very busy 2014 we’ve had a lovely break over Christmas with our family. We are back at work this week so if you have any family or friends wanting a swimming pool, please send them our way! We are in for an active 2015 with 2 gorgeous new additions to our family to keep us on our toes :)

12.01.2022 QLD Pool + Outdoor Design has again chosen Havana Pools to be on the front cover of their latest magazine issue! This relaxed outdoor space features a raised 3m x 2m heated spa, with water spilling over the edge into the 6m x 3m pool. The premium Travertine coping tile complements the surrounding Modwood decking and the use of full frameless glass fencing maximises the water views. This pool is located on a gorgeous waterfront property at Palm Beach.

11.01.2022 Thinking about building a pool this year? Most people don’t realise that now is the BEST time to get started. Planning may take longer than what you’d think! Every year we see families miss out on having a pool built by Christmas Day when they’ve just left it too late to get organised. Month 1 is spent reaching out to builders, getting quotes, asking questions and making that all-important decision of who to trust with building your pool.... Month 2 will involve finalising the contract, paying your deposit and having your pool plans drawn up by an engineer and approved by council. Month 3, 4 and 5 is dedicated to the pool construction and allow a little more time for landscaping works if necessary. Then spring time is just around the corner and you’re ready to jump in at the first sign of warm weather!

10.01.2022 Here’s a photo sent in from our clients at Seventeen Mile Rocks. They are pretty stoked that in the middle of winter, their grass is still in immaculate condition! All that you can see here was done by Havana Pools the block wall and gate along the boundary, turf, pool with infinity edge, glass pool fencing and stepping stone walkway. Hi Jason & Liz, Just a pic to show how well the grass is going in the middle of winter (in amongst the excellent landscaping). Nice job.
