After this time we can no longer guarantee availability for your required date. Deposits are non refundable. The full balance of your order must be paid 7 days prior to your agreed date. Amendments - any changes to your order must be made in writing (email or letter) no later than 2 weeks prior to your agreed date. Any amendments may occur fur...ther costs and these will be fully explained before confirming. Refunds - We do not accept refunds and any queries regarding your cake after collection/delivery must be made in writing (email or letter) within 24 hours of delivery/collection. Collection/delivery - you will be required to sign for your order or have someone do it on your behalf. After this time we can not be held liable for any damage to the cake.
