24.01.2022 Yes it’s bloody HOT, clean your AC filters before the units breaks down if AC not working Switch breaker off in power board for two minutes which reboots the AC. 45degs your AC will struggle to get near 30deg We are full can’t fit anymore in. Good luck.

22.01.2022 Replacing an old R22 system with a new ducted inverter. Daikin have designed a new system to reuse the old thin wall copper pipes, great when pipes run through walls! All other brands must have R410a thicker rated pipes.

Hi all, just stating Im not available as Im apart of the RFS and dealing with the fires, 3 things you need to do: 1: clean RA grille, 2: hose down with jet stream on the outdoor coil as all this ash is clogging AC systems up, ... 3: Reset system by turning circuit breaker marked AC off for 2 minutes. All in this order, If this doesnt help, its now a bigger problem. Good luck See more

21.01.2022 They say your never to old to learn something. Today I found a water pipe running between a brick wall and a main structural timber above a sliding glass door. Had to drill a small hole, but when water sprays through, a larger hole was required to get the oxy' welder in. Needed a hit of scotch, but I kept my cool.All fixed

20.01.2022 Two large 20kW Sygnal systems installed last week. These systems can run as low as 15% of its capacity. ?? Example: Having only 1 zone on lets say, Master Bed, The system supplies airflow only for that room and operating with approximately 3kW of power. HUGE power SAVINGS

04.01.2022 Found this on my phone from a job I attended to. This happens when you dont service your air con unit! Dirty filters block drains.. water flows over into the ducting and fills and fills until it escapes.
